When Can You Request a Return or Refund?
You may file a request if:
The product received is wrong, defective, or damaged.
The issue is reported within 48 hours after delivery.
The item remains in its original packaging and condition.

Refund Process
Refunds are granted in cases where a replacement or exchange is not possible. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Replacements
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, upon verification, arrange a replacement or exchange for the same or an equivalent product.
- Replacement requests must include supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or proof of defect/damage.
- Replacements will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.
Returns
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may be subject to restocking fees.
- The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to product damage, defect, or our fulfillment error.
Exclusions
- Perishable seafood products once delivered and accepted.
- Customized or special-order aquaculture systems or equipment.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or improper storage.
